We begin episode 4 as sports reporter Gary Gosch is chasing Captain Purple in the middle of the night outside of the Times Mail.

We also introduce journalist Rosemarie Sylvester, the main reporter covering Captain Purple at the Times Mail.

Captain Purple also leaves a message for the town in the form of a handmade billboard.
